Indian Territory Home Health and Hospice began in 1996 by a mother and her four daughters, since then 12 more locations have evolved, five being in Southwestern Oklahoma. Quality standards and dedication of our employees means that a company as large as ours can fulfill the individual needs of patients with extraordinary personal care and compassion. As we move forward we strive to be a reliable resource to meet the changing needs of our patients. Our professional employees will work closely with your family, caregivers and physicians to provide high quality care that offers a tailored care plan to meet your individual needs. Our goal is to improve your health status and independence or to assist you with maintaining an optimal level of function in your home. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances. Another advantage of choosing Indian Territory Home Health and Hospice is that we have our own line of durable medical equipment; our certified, experienced and knowledgeable staff can evaluate and meet all of your home medical equipment and oxygen needs. Our warehouse is stocked with standard medical equipment as well as specialized equipment available when you need it. Our staff will work closely with your physician to provide you with equipment, education, monitoring, and follow-up to make your treatment as comfortable and productive as possible.
