MEDICINE PARK, Okla. (AP) -- Oklahoma authorities are searching an expansive wildlife refuge in southwest Oklahoma for a suspect in a Norman toddler's death.

Norman police say 38-year-old Christopher James Trent is a suspect in the death of a two-year-old boy who was found unresponsive Wednesday at a Norman home.

Trent's pickup was located in Medicine Park, Oklahoma, Wednesday night, and authorities believe he may have fled on foot to the nearby 60,000-acre Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

Comanche County Sheriff Kenny Stradley said Trent is familiar with the area, and searchers planned to use drones and dogs to assist in the search.
