KINGSTON, Okla. -- There was a small town disturbance after new tenants at the Buncombe Creek Marina were allegedly caught stealing items from multiple properties.

One woman was arrested, but a convicted felon remained at large.

Officials said two tenants -- a man and a woman -- engaged in a verbal altercation late Saturday evening. The woman was arrested by Marshall County deputies on Sunday afternoon.

Tenants told KTEN that the man involved has since vanished into the woods behind the mobile home park. According to sources, the man is armed and is potentially dangerous.
