BONHAM, Texas -- Two men believed to be responsible for a shooting in Bonham earlier this week are behind bars.

Sherman and Bonham police found Markaile McGee and Ramontrae Dudley hiding out in a house on Utah Street in Sherman on Wednesday night.

Police believe the pair fled a Bonham neighborhood Monday evening after shooting a man who caught them robbing his girlfriend's vehicle.  The man was last reported still recovering from his wounds at a hospital in Plano.

McGee, 19, of Bonham, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Dudley, 20, of Paris, faces the same assault charge and an additional burglary charge.

Bond for both men was set at $200,000.
