SHERMAN, Texas -- Reginald Campbell, a suspect in the August 11 robbery and murder of a Sherman hotel clerk, has been added to the state's Most Wanted list of fugitives.

Campbell and two female accomplices were involved in the crime at the Quality Suites that led to the death of 32-year-old Brandon Hubert. The women -- Karalyn Cross and Kikeya Grant -- are already in custody and facing capital murder charges.

Police said Campbell, 24, has connections in Columbia, South Carolina; Fayetteville, North Carolina; and the New York City area. He lived in Corpus Christi, Texas in 2016.

Law enforcement agents encountered Campbell in South Carolina on August 23, but he escaped after assaulting the officers.

Sherman police spokesman Sgt. D.M. Hampton said there's a cash reward of $5,000 for information leading to Campbell. Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-252-8477 or submit a tip online.
