Garvin County Woman Cleared Of Wrong Doing In Boyfriend's Death

Posted:
GARVIN COUNTY, OK -- A Garvin County woman, arrested in connection with the shooting death of her boyfriend will not face any charges.

32-year old Jessica Hopper was arrested last week after deputies responded to reports of a shooting at a home Hopper shared with Felix Clayton Williams.

When deputies got there they found Williams dead from a gunshot wound.

On Monday Hopper was released from jail and cleared of any wrong doing.

The sheriff's office says investigators determined that Hopper was being assaulted and acted in self defense when she shot Williams.
