DENISON, TX -- U.S. Marshals re-arrest a Denison man accused of stealing a $200,000 boat and a couple more expensive items.

Joseph Douglas Halley, 33, is facing three theft charges -- including theft of at least $200,000 -- along with burglary of a building.

Halley broke into a family member's storage facility in the 4400 block of north Highway 91, and also took vehicles and a bulldozer, police Lt. Mike Eppler said.

Police say their investigation began in June. Halley was re-arrested on Thursday an "affidavit of surety" involving his bond.

He's currently being held on a $250,000 bond.
