BONHAM -- No charges are being filed in connection with the death of a boater at Lake Bonham.

Harold Wyrick, 75, was killed when another boat ran into his in June.

Wyrick was hit in the head.

Friday, a specialized unit with the Texas Parks and Wildlife department reconstructed the scene.

The team determined where impact was made but say they may never know who was at fault or what caused the wreck.

The death is being ruled an accident.

Results of a blood alcohol test are due back in a couple weeks but the game warden does not believe alcohol was a factor.
