ATHENS, TX -- A north Texas community was on edge Thursday afternoon when a fertilizer storage facility went up in flames.
It happened in downtown Athens just before 6 Thursday night.

5 blocks had to be evacuated when witnesses say the East Texas Ag Supply Fertilizer facility caught fire.

Early reports said there was an explosion, but that turned out not to be true.

Police say no one was hurt.

The cause is still under investigation.
