DENISON, Texas (KTEN) — As Grayson County's industrial boom continues, another employer is investing in Denison.

Plans for a new industrial park have been announced for a 76-acre site along FM 1417, just east of North Texas Regional Airport.

The developer plans for the center to create industrial and manufacturing jobs, and aims to attract people moving to Grayson County developments like Preston Harbor.

Investment Catalysts LLC believes they will be able to provide higher-paying jobs.

"Our goal — at least initially — is to develop a very nice industrial park there that will meet the needs of the companies that will be moving into the area," said company spokesperson Kevin Eldridge.

This investment marks the latest project hoping to capitalize on Grayson County's growing population.

Eldridge believes the industrial park will be ready by the end of this year.
