Tuesday Morning- A bit chilly this morning! Temperatures in the 60s/70s. Cloud cover increasing today!

Looking Ahead - Highs Tuesday reach the upper 80s with a breezy south wind. A stray shower chance is possible late afternoon and into the evening before better chances for rain arrive overnight from any storms across western Oklahoma. The severe threat Tuesday remains west for now, but we'll be monitoring in case this changes. Any plans for National Night Out Tuesday evening, look good across Texoma with limited rain and thunderstorm chances. Wednesday's our better day for widespread rain and thunderstorms. Coverage increases during the day ahead of our next cold front arriving by nightfall. Widespread locally heavy rain will bring totals of 1-2 inches to Texoma with some seeing higher amounts closer to 4 inches of rain. Temps stay in the 70s the rest of the week with low temperatures dropping into the upper 40s by the weekend. Plenty of sunshine ahead this weekend with OU TX being a little on the chilly side for kickoff Saturday morning in Dallas. Clear skies the rest of the weekend with highs in the 70s into next week.

Tracking the Tropics - Tropical Storm Philippe is forecast to remain a fish storm in the Atlantic with no threat to the US.
