TISHOMINGO, Okla. (KTEN) — A former Tishomingo police officer was arrested Friday afternoon after an investigation of "certain off-duty allegations," city officials said.

Brandon LeDoux was terminated from the force as the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation examines the evidence.

"Based upon information provided by OSBI, the City concluded that Mr. LeDoux violated its policies and procedures," City Manager Troy Golden said in a written statement. "The City holds its officers to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Behavior that violates those standards — particularly from its own officers — will not be tolerated."

The city's statement does not specify what LeDoux is being investigated for.
