DENISON, Texas (KTEN) — Denison police arrested a man Sunday night on a variety of charges, including intoxication assault with a vehicle.

The incident happened at the intersection of North Austin Avenue and West Gandy Street, where two pickup trucks collided.

Police said the driver of one of the trucks, identified as Jeffery Allen Dewey of Collinsville, failed a blood draw and was booked into the Grayson County Jail.

Bond for Dewey was set at $324,000 for the four charges he is facing, also including the second time he's been arrested for driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief, and obstruction or retaliation.
