CADDO, Oklahoma (KTEN)- Two Bruins won't have to go very far to continue their college careers.

DJ Dill is headed to Southeastern to play basketball. He was an integral part of Caddo's 2023 basketball state championship team.

Bruin quarterback Coltin Speers is also headed to play for the Savage Storm. He'll join up with the football squad after a season where he shattered a single game school record with nine passing touchdowns against Quinton.

And both players are excited they found their next home not too far from their current one.

"I'm glad that everyone can come 20 minutes down the road, and the best thing is I get to come home and eat every night," Speers said.

"I knew most of the guys there and the coaching is just like how Coach [Kolby] Johnson is here, so I'll be able to fit in," Dill added.
