COLBERT, Okla. (KTEN) — A man was shot and killed in Colbert Sunday evening, and his brother is now facing a murder charge.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said 56-year-old Willie Berry was shout outside a residence in the 500 block of Martin Luther King Street in Colbert. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Darren Bradford, identified as the victim's brother, turned himself in to Colbert police in connection with the crime.

Bradford, 49, is being held at the Bryan County Jail, the OSBI said.
