Sunday - Temperatures will start in the upper 70s in the morning, rising to the upper 90s to low triple digits by the afternoon. Make sure to stay hydrated as increased humidity values will keep our feels like temperatures in the triple digits. Mostly sunny skies with southerly winds around 5 to 15 mph.

Looking Ahead - This work week will feature highs in the mid to upper 90s and a consistent chance of rain Monday through Friday all thanks to a weak cold front. The front arrives Wednesday night, which will be the focus period for storms early next week. Rainfall totals look low, but some could see up to half an inch of rain over the three day period.

Tracking the Tropics - For the first time in a while, we are watching a tropical wave off the coast of Africa. It has a 0% chance of formation in the next 48 hours and a 40% chance of formation in five days. This tropical wave will not be affecting the United States anytime soon.
