MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — A Sulphur man was arrested Thursday on child pornography charges.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Keith Dashti, 38, became a target after authorities received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about pornographic content uploaded to a server traced to Dashti's home in Sulphur.

He's being held at the Murray County Jail on charges including possession of child pornography and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. Bond was set at $500,000.

A pre-hearing conference in Dashti's case was scheduled for June 14.

The OSBI said if you suspect a child is being sexually exploited, contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST or www.cybertipline.com.
