Plane Makes Emergency Landing In Ardmore, clipping an SUV

ARDMORE, OK -- A single-engine airplane made an emergency landing, clipping an SUV on its way down.
Neither the pilot nor the family traveling inside the SUV were hurt. The plane attempted to land at Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport after it lost power. Instead, it landed a few blocks away in the 600 block of Lake Murray Drive.
It was en route to Texas from Norman, Oklahoma before the crash. The Lanciar aircraft is registered to Topflight Aviation LLC of New Jersey.
After it was towed to the airport, the pilot helped take it apart, and had it towed to Norman.
