DENSION, Texas (KTEN) — A man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly making terroristic threats towards a Denison police officer.

Police said officers were dispatched to an address in the 100 block of Vandenburg Drive late Saturday night on a disturbance call.

It was determined that two neighbors were involved in a fight; Bradley Rowland was transported to Texoma Medical Center with minor injuries and returned home.

Investigators said Rowland later called 911, threatened to shoot the police department, and made a false claim that the neighbor had stabbed him. Officers returned to Rowland's home, and he was arrested for terroristic threat of a police officer and for making a false report to induce emergency response.

Rowland was booked into the Grayson County Jail. Bond was set at $7,500 on the two counts.
