HOWE, Texas (KTEN) — Howe police are looking for two armed robbery suspects who have been on the run for almost two weeks.

Howe police investigators now say the same duo is believed to be connected to two armed robberies in Frisco and McKinney.

It was on May 22 around 10 p.m. that employees at the Sonic Drive-In in Howe were robbed at gunpoint. Howe police Sgt. David Morris said  two men wearing masks, dark hoodies and latex gloves entered the restaurant and demanded cash from the register.

Officers arrived at scene within a minute, but the suspects had already fled on foot headed north.

"Those suspects are linked with two other robberies — one in McKinney, one in Frisco," Morris said. "We are working with those agencies to try and solve those robberies."

The McKinney robbery happened on May 20; the Frisco crime was on May 24.

Police said the other locations were not Sonic Drive-Ins.
