GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — A Lindsay woman died and two other people were injured Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash near Erin Springs.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Jeep driven by 36-year-old Amanda Medellin pulled out in front of a southbound Ram pickup truck on State Highway 76 just after 8 a.m.

Medellin was killed in the impact. A 17-year-old passenger in her Jeep was last reported in stable condition at a hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

The driver of the pickup truck was treated and released at Lindsay Municipal Hospital.

Troopers said the occupants of the Jeep were not wearing seat belts.
