KINGSTON, Oklahoma (KTEN)- It has been quite the week for the Kingston shooting sports team. Three of its 12 members have signed to continue to compete collegiately.

On Wednesday, Rhett Coble and Grant Gill made it official that they'll be heading just down the road to Tishomingo to join the Murray State College shooting team.

Dakota Sliger rounded out the trio. He signed with Lindenwood University in Missouri last week.

And for all three, they told KHS Media that they are confident their program is the right fit for them.

"I've visited twice now, and I got to talk with the team and shoot with the team," Silger said. "And just getting to talk with them, and hang out with them, I can tell it's like a bigger family up there to me."

"I think it will open a lot of doors for future opportunities," Coble said.

"After taking concurrent classes through Murray and being able to go over there on campus and getting to know the coach and falling in love with the sport, and I found this program is going to grow over the next few years, so that is where I want to put myself," Gill said.
