DURANT, Oklahoma (KTEN) - Addison Polk has done it all. She plays soccer, does sports photography, and was homecoming queen.

But Friday, she signed her letter of intent to wrestle at Northern Oklahoma College.

She becomes the first ever female wrestler from Durant to sign a letter of intent.

She hopes that accomplishment will inspire her fellow Lady Lion wrestlers moving forward.

"Honestly, it feels amazing," Polk said. "Not only to be a part of history but to show the girls on the middle school team and the high school team too that it is possible and they can continue at the next level if they want it."
