(KTEN)—The owners of Downtown Escape Rooms in Denison and Sherman are hosting a winter coat drive.

They're accepting lightly used or new boots, scarves, coats, and gloves to help those in need.

"We're donating all of those coats that we collect to local warming shelters and homeless shelters, that kind of thing, to just help the population that's needing to stay warm during these cold temperatures," owner Stephanie Dryden said.

The last day to donate is January 31, and donations will be accepted at both locations.

So far, in a week-and-a half, they've already received about 30 coats and jackets.
