Denison Development Alliance is on the move
DENISON, Texas (KTEN) — The Denison Development Alliance is making plans to move to a new building with more room.
The City Council approved a new $500,000 budget for the DDA. Aside from additional office space, the lot behind the building will offer more parking in downtown Denison.
"The really important thing about this space is the lots behind this building which used to be the drive-thru bank for Chase, we're going to pick up about 45 parking spaces that will be dedicated to downtown to support all of our downtown businesses," said DDA president Tony Kaai.
He added that the board believes it's time to move offices.
