Softball, golf athletes sign at Turner and Tupelo
TURNER, Oklahoma (KTEN)- It was a busy day in Turner as four athletes signed their letters of intent to play at the next level.
Turner softball star Adison Lee will head to one of the best junior colleges and stay in Texoma, playing for Coach Mullens at Murray State College.
The Lady Falcon state championship golf team also showed out with three players signing. Josey Cavitt is headed to Central Oklahoma, Braylee Foster signed with Seminole State, and Jaci Hartman will be in for a change of scenery at Northern Colorado.
And talking about state champions, Tupelo pitcher Ava Sigler is headed to Wichita State after helping the Tigers win their first fastpitch state championship a month ago.
She finished the season with 284 strikeouts.
