ARDMORE, Oklahoma (KTEN)- Five athletes at Plainview signed their letters of intent on Wednesday to continue their athletic careers collegiately.

Jacey Hammon is headed to Oklahoma Baptist, but one sport is not enough for her. She's set to play basketball and high jump for the Bison. She was Oklahoma's Class 4A high jump state champion in the spring.

Hattie Nance, meanwhile, is heading over to Fort Worth to join TCU's equestrian team.

Plainview's other three signees were all four-year lettermen on the softball team. They've won 120 fastpitch games during their time at the school.

But they're not all going separate ways, Isabella Norton and Riley Lee are set to play together at North Central Texas College in Gainesville...

Pitcher Brooklyn Charnock is set to head up the road to ECU.

For all five, Wednesday was a day they had long dreamed about and worked toward.
