Kingston crushes Lexington to secure district championship
KINGSTON, Oklahoma (KTEN)- For the first time in three years, the Kingston Redskins are district champions.
Sophomore Logan Stephens rushed for two touchdowns in the first half as the Redskins jumped out to a 28-0 halftime lead in a game they ended up winning 49-0 over Lexington.
Kingston knew coming into the game that a win would secure it the 2A District 4 title. The Redskins are now 6-0 in district play.
Looking ahead, Kingston will wrap up its regular season on the road at Marietta next Friday.
