LOVE CO., Okla., (KTEN)--The Love County Sheriff's Office announced a new partnership with Turner Schools to provide a School Resource Deputy. 

Sheriff Andy Cumberledge said the project has been in the works for years and was the last goal he and late Sheriff Marty Grisham set out to accomplish when Cumberledge was hired as Undersheriff in 2020. 

The partnership was made possible by a newly established grant program from the state.
