ARDMORE, Okla. (KTEN) — Earlier this month Ardmore criminal defense attorney Jason May was indicted by a grand jury for allegedly filing false or forged documents.

He was charged in connection with his representation of a client involved in a 2019 traffic stop in Ardmore in which where $370,000 dollars of drug money was seized.

May was in Carter County District Court on Wednesday for his initial appearance. The court clerk's office said the case has been reassigned to Greg Pollard.
