Brittany Lawrence is a part-time meteorologist for KTEN Weather.

She was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Brittany became fascinated with weather at an early age. Along with the movie "Twister," Hurricane Katrina inspired Brittany to pursue a career in meteorology. She attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science and minor in Graphic Design.

Brittany's love for science and art helped to contribute to her experience in broadcasting, and inspired her to get the best information out there for public. She has two years of experience as a prime time meteorologist at KSAN News , along with a freelancing position at Fox West Texas in San Angelo.

Brittany continued to excel in her career after her first journey and joined the KTEN Weather team in July 2023. She is determined to save lives the best way she knows how, which is keeping viewers ahead of the storm.
