DENISON, Texas (KTEN) - A 42-0 win over your rival is always a good feeling. However, the Yellow Jackets have to move on from their big win over Sherman because Frisco Reedy comes to town on Friday. The Lions are ranked No. 7 in the 5A, Division I standings by Dave Campbell's Texas Football.

Historically, the Yellow Jackets have not played well after 'Battle of the Ax' and they would like that to be a different story this year.

"We address it," said head coach Brent Whitson. "It has not been pretty. Two years ago, after beating Sherman in the opener, we talked about that and beat the hound out of Brewer because we had an emphasis on it. Last year we played a really good Reedy team and we weren't ready to play. That's a bad combination but we'll be ready this week."

Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Munson Stadium.
