Ardmore mom facing murder charge in baby's death
ARDMORE, Okla. (KTEN) — An Ardmore woman is behind bars in Carter County, where she faces a second-degree murder charge and six counts of felony child neglect.
Victoria Holland's murder charge is in connection with the death of her six-month-old baby. A warrant for the 27-year-old's arrest was issued in May.
In mid-June, U.S. Marshals traced Holland to Virginia. She was extradited to the Carter County Jail last Thursday and made an initial appearance in district court on Friday.
