BONHAM, Texas (KTEN) — Bonham police made one arrest late Saturday after an assault at a restaurant.

Investigators said they were called to the Juba Pizza Bar after a fight broke out before midnight.

According to police, 27-year-old Dakota Bishop stabbed another person in the neck.

The victim was treated at the scene by Bonham Emergency Services.

Witness accounts directed investigators to a nearby campground where, police said, Bishop admitted to being in a fight and stabbing the other person.

The investigation is ongoing.
