MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — An illegal marijuana farm in Marshall County resulted in 14 arrests on Wednesday.

Sheriff Donald Yow said deputies from his agency along with Chickasaw Nation Lighthorse police, Madill police and Marshall County Emergency Management served a search warrant at the site of the grow on Third Street in Oakland.

Yow said up to 200 pounds of "finished marijuana product" was recovered along with about $50,000 in cash and three vehicles.

The suspects are all charged with trafficking in marijuana.

"These subjects do not speak English, and we are still getting their correct information; this is taking some time," Yow said in a written statement. "These investigations are important to stop the illegal grow's [sic] in our County, often the illegal use of drugs leads to stolen property."
