(KTEN) -- Grayson County Commissioners continue to work with Sherman city staff on the county's jail expansion.

On Tuesday, commissioners approved deed restrictions for the expansion.

These restrictions would prevent further jail construction, only if the city approves the site plan.

According to Commissioner Precinct 01, Jeff Whitmire, Sherman's city council plans to vote on the plan during their first meeting in June.
