OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KTEN) - Nobody knows the OSSAA state baseball championships better than Silo, who was playing in its 11th straight spring title.

The Rebels took a 5-2 lead to the seventh inning on Saturday against Amber-Pocasset but gave up three runs in the top of the inning. However, Silo never let the moment faze them, walking it off in the bottom of the seventh inning on a Josh Trout RBI single.

The Rebels came away with a 6-5 win to secure their sixth consecutive spring baseball title.

"There's not a better feeling in the world," said Trout. "I just knew I had to get it done for my best friends, we've played together forever."

"They know who they are," said Silo head coach Billy Jack Bowen. "They just pull together so much and battle and it's just good to see them come out."
