ADA, Okla. (KTEN) — An Ada man has been sentenced to 46 months in prison for robbing the Citizens Bank in November 2021.

Prosecutors said a masked Matthew Pettigrew, 42, presented a note to the teller at the branch inside the Walmart, demanding cash. Officers found him at a casino the next day and arrested him. 

Pettigrew pleaded guilty to the crime and will serve his time in a federal prison.
