SHERMAN, Texas (KTEN) — A Collinsville man is behind bars after being charged with making terroristic threats.

Grayson County deputies say 26-year-old Joseph Pate allegedly threatened to shoot-up his former employer's business in Gunter after he was fired.

Witnesses said they saw Pate fire a gun several times outside his home.

Deputies arrested Pate on charges of terroristic threats and deadly conduct discharging a firearm. Bond was set at $11,500.
