Kingston man convicted in drunk driving crash

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — Jason Michael Herndon of Kingston is headed to prison after a drunk driving crash last year seriously injured a family of three.
A judge found Herndon, 48, guilty of the felony charge of driving under the influence causing great bodily harm, and sentenced him to five years in Oklahoma's Department of Corrections.
