Wednesday Afternoon - A warmer afternoon than yesterday with highs climbing into the upper 60s for most. A low chance for rain mainly confined to the Red River and North Texas. Partly cloudy skies and south winds around 5 to 15 mph.

Looking Ahead - As our next system approaches, we'll be watching south winds surge in warm air and moisture Wednesday and Thursday. Spotty light rain will be possible throughout the day Wednesday. Measurable rain is not expected. Isolated thunderstorms will be possible late Thursday evening, before a line organizes ahead of a cold front/dryline set up. The main threat appears to move in overnight and through the day Friday. The SPC has issued a marginal risk Thursday and a slight to enhanced risk for the day Friday. All threats will be possible which include damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes. The weekend looks nice! Sunshine and warm temps. Some may be flirting with the 90s early next week!
