Friday Morning- Most waking up a bit warmer than yesterday morning! Clear skies and temps out the door in the 20s and 30s.

Looking Ahead - Friday we warm into the upper 50s with more sunshine. Take advantage of the sunshine while you can! Clouds arrive Saturday and stick around through the end of next week. Temps hit the 60s Saturday with rain chances across SE OK. Totals could reach up to an inch in McCurtain and Lamar Counties from rain this weekend. Our next cold front arrives late Saturday, dropping highs into the 40s by Sunday. This front will supply our Arctic air heading into this next week. As temps fall into Monday evening, a wintry mix will be possible into Tuesday and again early Wednesday morning. Not everyone has a chance for ice, but with cold surface temps and warm air in the mid levels of the atmosphere, freezing rain, sleet, or a combination of the two do appear to be likely. A lot will chance between now and next week, but data is suggesting inclement weather Monday-Wednesday. Timing, totals, and impacts are all to be determined.
