DURANT, Okla. (KTEN) — Citizens of Durant are responding to the city's "community perception survey."

The city is asking for opinions on Durant's economic development, crime and more.

City Manager Lisa Taylor wants answers on what the city can improve on, and what taxpayers want to see.

"The last time Durant did a survey such as this was in 2018, and there were just over 500 respondents," she said. "I'm very excited because I learned earlier that we now have over 3,000 respondents so far."

The survey will be available through Sunday, January 22.
