Friday Evening - Mostly cloudy with light northeast winds this evening. A light sprinkle or two cannot be ruled out. Temperatures hover in the low 60s.

Looking Ahead - Rain arrives overnight Friday into early Saturday morning. Rain and embedded thunderstorms will last throughout the day. More rain Saturday night into Sunday before exiting by late Sunday morning. Totals could reach 1-2" by Sunday morning. Minor flooding could be possible in low-lying areas, so please "Turn Around, Don't Drown". Temperatures will only climb to the low to mid 50s Saturday with breezy northeast winds. Outdoor plans appear to be a bust Saturday. Skies will clear Sunday afternoon, so outdoor plans should be okay, but the ground will be muddy. Temperatures climb to the 70s Monday with sunshine and south winds returning. Storm chances increase Tuesday night through Thursday with a stalled front hanging over Texoma. A level 2 out of 5 risk for severe weather has already been hoisted just west of Texoma for Thursday. We will continue to monitor this threat into next week.
