ARDMORE, Oklahoma (KTEN) - The Ardmore Tigers find themselves in the middle of a four-game skid, still winless in district play. Two of those losses have come down to the last play of the game.

Although its been a difficult stretch, Ardmore is trying to keep the morale up around the program and still find a way to sneak into the playoffs.

"Right now, you get beat on the last play of the game, right now I don't think is a time to pick at things," said Ardmore head coach Josh Newby. "I think you try to build things back up and keep things positive."

The Tigers will need to win their last three games and get some help to make the playoffs. That quest starts Friday on the road against Midwest City, who sits atop the district currently.
