DENISON, Texas (KTEN) — A Denison man with several outstanding warrants — including arson — is now behind bars.

Denison police said 31-year-old David William Darling confessed to setting fire to a home under construction in the 500 block of West Day Street on June 28.

Investigators said a warrant was issued for his arrest following the confession. Darling is jailed for unrelated warrants, including family violence, drug possession and evading arrest.

Bond was set at $69,500.
