Wednesday Evening- Rain chances increase this evening after sunset but stay low overall: a 20% chance for a few showers through 11 pm with partly cloudy skies. Temps fall into the 70s and 80s with light south winds.

Looking Ahead - Low rain chances will stick around for the rest of the week, with a few isolated pop up showers possible each day. As we close in on another Texoma weekend, rain chances increase. Friday into Saturday looks to be the best bet for measurable rainfall. A cold front arrives Saturday, bringing cooler temps and up to 1 inch of rain. Severe weather is not in the cards, but due to the number of outdoor events going on this week through the weekend, lightning will be a concern! Sherman kicks off their Hot Summer Nights series Thursday evening, Music on Main is on their second week in Denison on Friday, and in Durant the 25th Magnolia Fest kicks off Thursday and goes through Saturday.
