Tuesday Morning- Waking up with some pretty strong winds out there! Winds sustained at 10-20 mph with gusts over 30 mph! Make sure those holiday inflatables are secure. A low chance for an isolated shower or two in SE Texoma. Most will be dry. Temperatures this afternoon climb to the mid 70s!

Looking Ahead - Another strong system approaches on Tuesday. Isolated severe storms may be possible for southeastern McCurtain County, where a marginal risk (level 1/5) is in place. A few storms are possible early Tuesday morning in SE Oklahoma before that storm threat pushes east into Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. A level 4 out of 5 risk for severe weather exits over Mississippi and Louisiana on Tuesday with a significant tornado threat. If you have friends and family in this region, make sure they're staying weather aware. Another shot for rain arrives this coming weekend as a cold front looks to arrive into Saturday. Temps will be in the 60s this weekend after a few days of 40s Wednesday through Thursday.
