Tishomingo man arrested in child sex investigation
TISOMINGO, Okla. (KTEN) — The Johnston County Sheriff's Office and Tishomingo police teamed up to take an alleged rapist off the streets.
Michael David Boggs was arrested Monday at his apartment on South Byrd Street in Tishomingo.
Boggs was being investigated by authorities for child sex crimes in both Tishomingo and rural Johnston county.
He faces two charges for rape and attempted rape; three counts of lewd acts to a child under 16; and one count of indecent exposure.
The Johnston County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information about possible victims to contact them because the investigation of Boggs' activities remains open.
