Monday Night- Heat Advisory in place for, Garvin, Murray, Pontotoc, Coal, Jefferson, Carter, Johnston, Atoka, Love, Marshall, Bryan, Pittsburg, and McCurtain county through Tuesday as triple digits return for all! Temps fall into the 70s by Tuesday morning.

Looking Ahead - Some much needed changes may be underway this week into next! Another toasty day Tuesday with a high temp of 104°. A relatively weak front will pass through Wed/Thu bringing a very low shot at rain. Temperatures drop to the mid 90s by Wednesday and upper 80s and low 90s by Thursday. Friday will be warmer and drier before an upper level low and approaching cold front arrives early next week. This front looks to stall out by Sunday/Monday--increasing rain chances by the end of the weekend into the start of next week. Rainfall totals through next Tuesday could get upwards of 1-3 inches!

Tracking the Tropics - Tropical low continues to bring much needed rain to south Texas. An area in the Caribbean has a 20% chance for development in the Gulf of Mexico over the next five days.
